FAQ

How does it work?

  • You place and order online, select a pickup day, and enter your payment information online at www.eastsideasianmarket.com.
  • Our team receives your order and will begin to shop for you in the order at which it was received in the queue.
  • Any items that are not available, out of stock, or needs to be weighed, or custom entered will be revised on your order.  We will automatically select an item that is similar or better in quality if a particular brand is out of stock.
  • You will receive an email showing you the final revisions of your order, and you must authorize any additional difference in payments or refund.
  • Once your final authorization is received you will be charged and receive an email that you order is ready for pick up.
  • Once you arrive. Call 407-615-8881, and let them know your name, order number, and what type of vehicle you are driving, so we can bring it out to you.
  • It's that simple!

How much is this service?

  • Though we usually charge a small fee for this convenience.  It will be offered for free during the COVID-19 state-wide Stay at Home Orders.
  • With that in mind, tips are surely welcomed. ;)

What is the return policy?

  • All sales are final for curbside pick up.
  • Please check your order immediately once you get to your destination, and report any inconsistencies in your order via email to: EastsideAsianMarket@gmail.com
  • Please confirm your order before being placed.

Are orders available for same day pickup?

  • You will receive an email once your order is ready for pick up.  Once you receive that email or SMS, you may pick up your order any time between 12-6:30pm.
  • Do not head to our store, until you have received an email or SMS that your order is ready for Pick-up
  • Our pick up hours are between 12pm-6:30pm.
  • Cut-off Times for same day pick up is 4pm.  Orders placed after 4pm will default to following day, but could still be available for same day if you receive the email.
  • We have a limit of how many orders can be picked up in a single day.  If you do not receive an email your order is ready for pickup, your order will be prepared the following day.

Canceling an Order or No-Show.

  • We immediately begin preparing order once its received so the following will occur
  • You will automatically charged a restocking fee of 10% of your entire order or $3, which ever is greater in the event you cancel your order or do not come to pick up your order within 24 hours of when your order is available for pickup.
  • If you are unable to pick up within 24 hours and wish to extend your pickup period.  Please call 407-615-8881 and notify us so we can hold for you longer.

Do you offer delivery?

  • We are looking into this option, and hope to offer a solution to this as soon as we can.  Please sign-up for our deals to be notified of our upcoming delivery plans.

Do you offer shipping?

  • We do not offer shipping at this time.  Due to the additional preparation times of safely packaging items and the added expense of shipping, we find it is not worth it to our customers.
