Section 1: How does it work?

You place an order online, select a pickup day, and enter your payment information securely at checkout.

Our team receives your order and will begin to shop for you in the order in which it was received in the queue.

Any items that are not available, out of stock, or need to be weighed or custom entered will be revised on your order. We will automatically select an item that is similar or better in quality if a particular brand is out of stock.

You will receive an email showing you the final revisions of your order, and you must authorize any additional difference in payments or refund.

Once your final authorization is received, you will be charged and receive an email that your order is ready for pickup.

Once you arrive, call 407-615-8881 and let us know your name, order number, and the type of vehicle you're driving, so we can bring your order right out to you.

Section 2: How much is this service?

Curbside pickup is currently offered free of charge — no fees, no minimums. We're happy to make it as easy as possible for you to shop with us.

Section 3: What is the return policy?

All sales are final for curbside pickup.

Section 4: Are orders available for same day pickup?

Once your order is ready, you'll receive an email or SMS notification. From there, you can pick up any time between 12:00pm and 6:30pm.

Do not head to our store until you have received an email or SMS confirming your order is ready for pickup.

Our pickup hours are between 12:00pm and 6:30pm.

The cut-off time for same-day pickup is 4:00pm. Orders placed after 4:00pm will default to the following day, but may still be available same day if you receive the confirmation email.

We limit the number of orders fulfilled each day. If you haven't received an email confirming that your order is ready for pickup, it will be prepared and available the following day.
Section 5: Canceling an Order or No-Show

We begin preparing your order as soon as it's received, so please be aware of the following:

If you cancel your order or do not pick it up within 24 hours of when it becomes available, a restocking fee will automatically be charged. The fee is 10% of your total order or $3.00, whichever is greater.

If you're unable to pick up within 24 hours and need a little more time, please call 407-615-8881 and let us know — we're happy to hold your order longer.
Section 6: Do you offer delivery?

We're actively working on a delivery option and hope to have something available soon. In the meantime, sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when delivery launches.
Section 7: Do you offer shipping?

We do not offer shipping at this time. Due to the additional preparation times of safely packaging items and the added expense of shipping, we find it is not worth it to our customers.
